1.- General Questions

CertiPro is a mobile app that provides a personalized way of helping people achieve their professional certification goals. The current version of CertiPro is centered on project management, but we are working to add other certifications. If you would like to see a specific certification, please use the feedback form, and let us know.
CertiPro was created to help you achieve your professional certification goals. CertiPro does this in two ways:
  1. Coach you to achieve a new certification.
    1. Help you document your experience and education.
    2. Recommend a certification based on your background, or let you select which certification you want to pursue.
    3. Show you and track your progress
    4. Send you reminders to stay on top of your goals.

    1. After you update your profile, CertiPro show you what you need to maintain your certification(s).

An experienced professional without a project management certification – CertiPro can help you achieve the project management certification you’ve been thinking about. If you know which certification you want, great! If not, document your experience and let CertiPro show you how your background matches different certifications.A certified professional – CertiPro can help you maintain your certifications. We’ll show you and help you track your progress and send you reminder. And we will even recommend additional certifications based on your current certifications, experience and continued education. No. While we are big fans of PMI and are thankful for what they do, CertiPro is an independent organization. In addition, while the current version is focused on project management certifications, we’re working to add other certifications.

2.- Using CertiPro

While CertiPro supports devises like tablets, the app is designed for mobile phones. You can find the right version of CertiPro by visiting your favorite app store (Apple or Android).
After you download the mobile app to your mobile phone, you’ll need complete a few quick registration steps. During one of these steps you’ll have an option to auto-login in the future, so you don’t have to remember your credentials. For IOS, we’ve also enabled Apple-ID login, and we’re working to enable similar functionality for Android.
You will need internet access to download and configure CertiPro. After that, you can open view and update your content without internet access. Then, once you are connected to the internet, open CertiPro and it will synchronize with the cloud to keep your information safe.

CertiPro support two languages, English and Spanish. To switch language is super easy:
  1. Open CertiPro
  2. Swipe right from the left edge of you screen to open the app admin menu
  3. On the Language option, select the language you desire
  4. Done!
All you have to do is download CertiPro and login with your credentials. The app will automatically synchronize and update your information.

3.- My Account

Your email and all your general information are available under “My Profile”. To update your information is very easy:
  1. Open CertiPro
  2. Swipe left from the right edge of you screen to open the general options menu
  3. Select “My Profile”
  4. Select “Edit” at the bottom of the screen
  5. Updated your information
  6. Click save
  7. Done!
We are sorry about this. Please use the feedback form in this site and let us know that you wish to delete your account. We will send you an email to confirm your wishes and after your confirm, we’ll delete the account and all related information.
Staff happens but do not worry, we got your back.
  1. Open CertiPro
  2. Select “Login”
  3. Select “request access by email”
  4. Enter the same email address you used during registration
  5. Select “Request”
  6. You will see a popup telling you that we have emailed you your credentials
  7. Open your email and look for your credentials

Note: this process takes less than a minute. If you don’t see an email from us in your inbox, look in your spam or other email filtering folders.

  1. Go back to CertiPro
  2. Login using your new credentials.
  3. After your log back in, we recommend updating your password by instruction above in “How do I update my email”.
  4. Done!
Your picture and all your general information are available under “My Profile”. To update your information is very easy:

  4. Select “Edit” at the bottom of the screen

4.- Troubleshooting

This issue may occur when you first create/update your profile, or if the app is out of sync. But fixing this is easy.
  1. Open CertiPro
  2. Swipe right from the left edge of you screen to open the app admin menu
  3. Select “synchronize my details”
  4. Done! The app should recognize your certification and recommend other certifications based on your profile.
Great question! After you create your profile and document your professional experience and education, CertiPro matches your background against all certifications. To see other recommendations, follow these simple steps:
  1. Open CertiPro
  2. Swipe left from the right edge of you screen to open the general options menu
  3. Select “Recommendations”
  4. Select the certification you would like to pursue. Click on the “Certification” link to see the requirements.
  5. If you are ready to start, scroll to the bottom of the requirements and select” Start Certification”
  6. Done! You should see the new certification dashboard. Now go get it!
This happens if you have limited or no internet access. Confirm that you have internet access and if you have many apps open, try closing a few. Then try to synchronize CertiPro again. If the problem persists, close the app, wait a few minutes, and try again.

5.- Reporting Issues

We are constantly learning and looking for wats to make CertiPro better. If you run into any problems, we would love hearing from you.

  3. Click send.We will review your feedback as soon as we can.If you authorize us to reach out to you, we may contact you to get additional information. But don’t worry, we won’t bother you unless we really need your help.
