Our story
Hi, I'm Alberto, the founder of CertiPro. I want to share a brief story about why I started CertiPro.
In 2003, after many of managing projects, I decided to pursue a professional Project Management certification. I updated my career development plan and added “obtain Project Management Certification”. I began to research the available certifications and their requirements, but the process was complex and time consuming. Once I understood all the requirements, I had another problem: which certification do I even qualify for? How to document all the projects I worked on, and training? This was painful!!!
So, I decided to approach this from a different angle. I developed a model to help me document all my education and working experience and match them against the requirements for different certifications. This model made the whole process, and my life, so much easier! Within six months I achieved my certification.
Over the years, I have shared that model with hundreds of people to help them get their certifications. This mobile app is my way of making this model available to anyone who may benefit from an easier and faster process to obtaining and maintaining certifications.
